Working hours

Our working week is 40 hours, with flextime. Compensation for flextime hours worked includes non-working “bridge days” and time off between Christmas and New Year.

Vacation

The minimum vacation entitlement per calendar year is 25 working days. After age 40, 27 working days are granted, and after age 50, 30 working days.

Insurance

Our employees enjoy very good insurance benefits as well as worldwide private coverage for occupational and non-occupational accidents.

Education and training
