We assemble custom camera units – dust-free and with high precision.

Tailored to your requirements, we assemble the image sensor, lens, LED light source if required, and housing into a high-quality, robust camera. For the image sensor and lens assembly, we design our own processes for micro-positioning in the 1 µm range and realizing focus adjustment in all three dimensions.

Our manual or automated assembly systems feature piezo axes or a hexapod. The lens and image sensor ultimately form a single unit: the micro-positioning axes, the control unit, and the monitor for positioning and focusing are all part of the overall system.
